    If you are having problems using your Grid 3 license that came with your NeuroNode Communication to install Grid 3 on a second device you may need to have that license released. If you would like assistance in this you can call into the office at 513-453-4848 and someone can assist you from there.

    If you would like to go through this request for release without our assistance you can follow the directions below:

    1. Go to the web address: https://thinksmartbox.com/contact-support/
    2. Fill out the form with your personal contact info
    3. In the drop down for ‘Type of query’ select “Technical query or problem”
    4. Fill out ‘Please give your ticket a subject’ with “Releasing 2nd Grid 3 License”
    5. Fill out ‘Details of your query’ with “Hello, I’d like to request a 2nd activation of Grid 3 license, [insert Grid 3 license code(s)]”

    You can also email the same details as above to: Support@thinksmartbox.com

    They should be able to follow with you directly when the license has been released and installing on a secondary device should now work normally.
